Owner, Northwood Waterscapes
Jake Rybak is a Buffalo native with a passion for creating water features that blend seamlessly with their natural surroundings. He prides himself in sourcing material from nature when possible, and hand-placing each rock with love and care. Jake has a deep respect for nature, and loves incorporating native plants in his designs to create ecosystems that support our local pollinators and wildlife. He lives in Tonawanda, NY with his wife, Alicia, and their lab-mix, Macey.

Water Feature Craftsman
Frank is the hands-on builder behind many of our water features. From shaping waterfalls and streams to carefully placing larger character stones, he brings the structure and flow to our projects.
Having studied ornithology, Frank has a deep appreciation for birds, pollinators, and the environment. During our builds, it often feels like nature simply finds him. His skill, strength, and love of the outdoors help create water features that don’t just look beautiful; they feel alive.
